ORGANIZATION: Clothes That Work

Help support our Workforce Education Initiative by facilitating a soft-skills building workshop. The workshops are designed by a CTW staff member who will run through the content with you prior to the workshop.

Facilitators should be comfortable speaking to small-medium sized groups and familiar with PowerPoint.

  • Engage participants in group discussions and hands-on activities.
  • Help clients feel prepared to step into the workforce.
  • Teach skills to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Traveling may be required for this position depending on workshop location.

All Clothes That Work volunteer positions require training. You will meet with CTW's volunteer coordinator for training prior to your facilitation.

Clothes That Work is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping job seekers gain and maintain employment by providing interview and workplace appropriate clothing, confidence-building coaching, and education. This organization is filling a vital niche in workforce development for the Dayton area and has provided services to more than 43,000 men, women and independent teens since it was founded in 1998.
