Help Give Purpose to Potential. Community volunteers are needed to serve as judges for student presentations and projects in a variety of career-focused subject areas during the BPA National Leadership Conference in Orlando, FL.

Help motivate and encourage their enthusiasm for success. Serving as a volunteer competitive event judge is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for not only the volunteer but the students they inspire by helping mentor and provide realistic expectations for their future.

Over 7,000 students attend the National Conference to compete in more than 90 different skills assessment programs. No specific experience required to serve as a competition judge. Simply an interest and passion for helping future leaders succeed.
