Join us to teach tennis to kids with autism this March - May at Southern Highlands Club starting Sunday, March 30th!
Volunteers will receive a training and then be paired with a participant to help them through the motions of the game of tennis through various drills and games. We help these children learn socializing skills, fine & gross motor skills, and we also help them have fun, make friends and connections, and get exercise.
We are seeking dedicated volunteers, aged 13 and older to help out for this event. Our volunteers are patient, positive, think on their feet, and willing to learn. Tennis experience is preferred but not necessary.
Details: The clinics will run from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. on the following Sundays:
- March 30
- April 6, 13, 27
- May 4, 11
Volunteer Training will occur March 30th at 3:00 pm.
