Desert Farms2Table a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization host our Farms2Table program with market locations on Saturday mornings reoccurring on the same weekend each month. At each farmers market with a $15 donation, supporters receive quality fruits and vegetables at an affordable cost with limits to help supplement meals in Arizona communities but most importantly reduce hunger, food insecurity and food waste. Each donation helps support the mission of Desert Farms2Table.
Prepackaged produce boxes are delivered to the market location as early at 9:00AM, volunteers arrive as early 9:30AM and stay until 12:30PM. Produce boxes are prepackaged from another market and to be distributed at the parking lot. Supporters will show their receipt and be checked off from the list. Their produce boxes will be loaded into their vehicle. Close to the end of the market everyone will help clean up and our partnered host would like the parking lot to be returned in the same condition before the produce was delivered.
Each successful Farm2Table market is run by a group of dedicated volunteers, We truly cherish everyone who helps so supporters can eat nutritiously. PLEASE SIGN UP TO HELP!
