Guardian’s Embrace is seeking a detail-oriented IT & data specialist to create an Excel repository of potential donors, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic organizations. This role will provide essential data support for outreach and fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities Research and compile a structured list of potential donors and sponsors Organize donor data in Excel for easy access and tracking Implement categories for donor type, contact details, giving history, and engagement potential Ensure data accuracy and consistency for seamless use by the outreach team Optimize the database for future scalability and reporting

Requirements and Qualifications Experience in data management, IT, or database creation Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, sorting, and data categorization Strong research and analytical skills for identifying donor prospects Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized, structured data Passion for Guardian’s Embrace’s mission and willingness to serve

Guardian’s Embrace is a faith-driven, non-profit organization committed to protecting, restoring, and advocating for children and families in need. With a global focus, we partner with over 30 organizations to combat human trafficking and provide safe environments for vulnerable children.
