She's Going Places is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering young girls and women in underserved communities through professional and personal development, mentorship, and hygiene kits. We are looking for a Volunteer Branding Manager to elevate our brand presence, increase engagement, and expand our impact.

Role OverviewAs a Volunteer Branding Manager, you will take the lead in developing and executing a cohesive brand strategy, strengthening our digital presence, and optimizing engagement across platforms.
You will be responsible for overseeing social media growth, engagement tracking, and website updates to ensure She's Going Places reaches and inspires more women globally.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Growth and Strategy- Develop and manage content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Create and schedule compelling, mission-aligned posts to attract and retain followers.
- Implement growth strategies to gain followers, increase shares, and improve engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and best practices to keep content relevant.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and conversion.
- Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify trends in follower behavior and content performance to refine strategies.
- Maintain and update the organization’s website with current content, events, and news.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, marketing materials, and campaigns.
- Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging visuals, videos, and brand assets.
- Craft compelling storytelling and messaging for social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Assist in creating brand-aligned campaigns for fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and community outreach.
- Engage with the audience through thoughtful comments, shares, and collaborations.
- Proven experience in branding, social media marketing, content creation, and website management.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram strategies.
- Experience in tracking social media analytics and engagement data.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a mission-driven team.
- Passion for women’s empowerment and community development.
- Hands-on experience in nonprofit branding, marketing, and social media strategy.
