The Lincoln City Swim Club Fundraiser Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all operations of Lincoln City Swim Club Fundraisers, with the exception of Swim Meets (which will hold their own committee as it requires many permits and extensive planning). These fundraisers include, but are not limited to: carwashes, 50/50 restaurant events, the Summer Giving Tins, Bottle/ Can Drives, online fundraisers, raffles, lap-a-thons, bake sales, game board tournaments, etc. The Fundraiser Coordinator is an essential member of the Lincoln City Swim Club Board of Directors that secures adequate finances to effectuate extra programs that benefit the LCSC Swimmers and Families. Moreover, the Fundraiser Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving the fundraising efforts that fuel our organization's mission and strategic goals. Besides developing and administering strategies, other duties may include collaborating with the LCSC Board to set financial objectives, researching new fundraising opportunities, identifying potential donors, recruiting volunteers, keeping efficient financial records, and ensuring compliance with LCSC Board, local, state and federal laws and regulations.

Lincoln City Swim Club is a 501c3 non-profit focused on individual development through competitive swimming in a safe and supportive environment. We support the growth of each swimmer, no matter what level of swimming they are at. Our swimmers learn to achieve the swim goals they set through hard work and self discipline. Aside from racing in the pool, we encourage positive character traits through camaraderie, integrity, and sportsmanship!

Since 1985, Lincoln City Swim Club has been dedicated to providing our local youth the opportunity to swim in a safe and supportive environment !
Lincoln City swim club is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that serves the youth of Lincoln City, Depoe Bay, Lincoln Beach, Gleneden Beach, Kernville, Neotsu, Otis, Roselodge, Neskowin, Siletz, and Pacific City.
With that said there is a lot of volunteer work that goes into this organization to make swimming a possibility in these communities. Lincoln City Swim Club offers a variety of volunteer opportunities! From helping with our biannual swim meets as a raffle table attendant or concessions to serving as a Board Member on our Board of Directors.
In less than a year, we have made some significant changes: secured google workspace, digitized files and documents into the system, created job descriptions and structure. Our goal over the coming few years is provide a strong foundation for the organization to thrive. We encourage anyone who is interested in volunteering to come help serve our local youth by assisting Lincoln City Swim Club in its everyday needs.
