Recruiting Organization: Justice And Dignity for The Women Of Sahel (JDWS)
- Contribute to social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and JDWS Website
- Research policy and advocacy needs of JDWS including and not limited to Gender-based violence, protection, humanitarian and human rights pertaining to the Sahel/Mali
- Defining and developing a community management strategy
- Organizing various community-building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums
- Developing and managing social media coverage for Instagram and Facebook
- Creating content such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels
- Monitoring and optimizing community engagement levels
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong commitment to the mission of JDWS
- Humanitarian or social service experience preferred
- French and English language skills preferred
- Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience and competence in working with diverse populations
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have prior experience in Community Management.
- You are a people person who can easily empathize and build rapport with others.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
- You have event management skills and can handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- You are adept at managing social media.
- You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and can generate impactful content.
- You are organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.
