Are you passionate about 2SLGBTQ+ films? Looking for a way to give back and be connected to the community? Volunteering for our 33rd annual Inside Out Film Festival (May 22nd - June 2nd) may be the perfect fit for you!

We have a wide range of Volunteer positions available:

  • Parties and Events

  • Front of House (ie. ushering, ballot control, and line management)

  • Guest Experience

  • Set Up & Take Down

  • Membership and Information Desk

Here at Inside Out, we love our incredible Volunteers. We know that without our brilliant Volunteers, we wouldn’t be able to make Inside Out possible! To show our gratitude for our Volunteers, we provide vouchers to see some of the world’s best independent films, a festival volunteer t-shirt, a fabulous wrap-up party, and the opportunity to connect with some really wonderful folks.

Volunteers are expected to make a 3-shift commitment during the duration of the festival, each shift is roughly 3-5 hours long.
