Do you thrive on building and nurturing communities? We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to take the reins of our 100+ member community and help us keep it interactive and grow it!
This isn’t a "learn-as-you-go" role, we need someone who’s been there, done that, and has the results to prove it.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Follow our content calendar and create content that aligns with our tone and values.
- Keep our WhatsApp & Telegram community buzzing.
- Experiment with creative ways to bring members back & deepen engagement.
- Identify hot topics based on member needs.
- Upsell our services organically within conversations when relevant.
- Subtly promote social media posts on the group for engagement.
Who You Are:
- Have at least 1+ years of experience in community management
- Familiar with community platforms (WhatsApp & Telegram) & engagement strategies
- Passionate about supporting job seekers and understanding their job-hunting challenges
- A natural problem solver who takes initiative to improve member experience
