We are looking for a passionate creator to come and join our exciting
team in India!
Being a volunteer at Kalkeri Sangeet Vidyalaya is an incredibly rewarding experience and a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and their families here in Kalkeri.
Our digital content creator works in an office located on campus. Hewill report to the Communications Coordinator ; he will be working closely with members from all the departments in order to carry out a dynamic marketing strategy that effectively promotes KSV's mission, social impact and events to a wide audience.
Responsibilities:
- Refresh and manage KSV platforms (Web, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube).
- Create and edit photos, videos, and illustrations.
- Document the daily life of the school (photos and videos): be present during all daily events, as well as role-play the dierent daily activities.
- Plan virtual tours of the school with partners, sponsors, supporters (logistics and content).
- In collaboration with the communications coordinator: establish a strategic communications and digital marketing plan in order to increase the school's online communities.
- Develop editorial calendars.
- Build a Media Bank (photos, videos)
- Ensure the graphics and layout of the various existing and future KSV documents.
- Provide content to Communications Coordinator for our newsletters, annual report, etc
- Monitor conversations in managed communities and ensure interaction and moderation on all social platforms.
- Redirect subscriber questions to the appropriate contacts within the organisation.
- Be passionate and enthusiastic! Set an example to the students and act as a role model.
- Be a responsible ambassador for our organisation.
Requirements:
- Minimum commitment of 1 year
- Good understanding of social networks.
- Good computer skills (Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, Oce).
- Excellent communications skills and English fluency.
- Ability to work well with others (interact, cooperate, collaborate eectively).
- Strong interest in community projects, education and child development.
- Have attention to detail and a good ability to learn.
- Be creative and on the lookout for new trends.
- Be autonomous and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate initiative and open-mindedness.
