STEM Montessori Academy of Canada (SMAC-SIAC) is a registered not-for-profit organization specializing in science, technology, engineering, and math. (STEM) programming is open to all students with the mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application. The SMAC will specialize in an advanced bar-none. STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)

We are expanding our programming to industry-specific, hands-on experiences. We requires Operations Manager volunteer to help us keep the momentum going in support of the growth and development of these programs. We ask you to join us in continuing to serve the youth in our community.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
• Coordinating and supporting team members.
• Distributing resources effectively to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using project management and operations software (e.g Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
