Recruiting Organization: STEM Montessori Academy of Canada

STEM Montessori Academy of Canada (SMAC-SIAC) is a registered not-for-profit organization specializing in science, technology, engineering, and math. (STEM) programming is open to all students with the mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application. The SMAC will specialize in an advanced bar-none. STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)

We are expanding our programming to industry-specific, hands-on experiences. We require a Student Engagement Coordinators volunteer to help us keep the momentum going in support of the growth and development of these programs. We ask you to join us in continuing to serve the youth in our community.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, and executing events and activities to cater to diverse student interests.
• Collaborating with student organizations to create engaging programs
• Implementing strategies to increase student involvement and engagement
• Developing leadership programs and opportunities

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Event planning and coordination
• High attention to detail and commitment to enhancing the student experience.
• Proficiency in using social media and digital communication tools
