Recruiting Organization: Donna Lexa Art Centers
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a meaningful way to support the arts? Donna Lexa Art Centers (DLAC) is seeking volunteers to help with a variety of ongoing administrative and organizational tasks that are vital to keeping our programs running smoothly.
Who We Are:
DLAC has been enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities and special needs through the power of art for 40 years. Behind the scenes, we rely on dedicated volunteers to ensure our operations stay as inspiring and impactful as our programs.
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
- Student support in the studio
- Special event activities
- Office tasks
- Donation and sponsorship solicitation
- Organization in the studio
- Art fair assistance
What We’re Looking For:
- Volunteers who are dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
- People comfortable with light physical tasks (e.g., moving files, organizing materials)
- Basic tech-savviness for tasks like digital cataloging or shared drive organization (training provided)
Commitment:
We’re flexible! Volunteers can set their own schedules based on availability, whether you’d like to dedicate a few hours weekly or join us for a one-time project.
