Join Hurakaan Eco-Táctica, A.C. as an Administrative Assistant in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo.

With your support, you will contribute to the development and efficient management of an NGO committed to social development and environmental protection. You will work directly with management to coordinate administrative, logistical, and operational tasks.

Activities to be performed as part of the volunteer work:

• Administrative management: Coordinate schedules, organize meetings, manage documents, and assist in preparing reports.
• Project support: Follow up on ongoing projects, including outreach activities, progress reports, and resource management.
• Internal and external communication: Maintain clear communication with various departments, allies, and stakeholders of the association.
• Logistics and organization: Plan internal and external events, ensuring the necessary logistics for successful execution.

Requirements:

• Be over 18 years of age and reside in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo.
• Prior experience in administrative assistance or project coordination is desirable.
• Proficiency in technological tools, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms like Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work as a team member and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Availability to participate for approximately 20 hours per week (flexible).
