Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives

- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities

- Create and distribute engaging content across various channels, including social media, email, and website

- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program, product, and creative

- Monitor and report on marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry

- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies

- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning

- Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
