Who We Are:

Girls Rugby is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls through non-contact, flag rugby while teaching essential life skills like leadership, teamwork, and confidence.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and positive volunteer coaches to help lead practices and games for girls in grades 2nd-8th. No rugby experience? No problem! We provide all training, practice plans, and resources to set you up for success.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead 1-2 practices per week (weeknights) and attend Sunday game days
• Foster a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment for players
• Teach the basics of flag rugby and encourage confidence, teamwork, and leadership
• Communicate with parents and provide team updates
• Serve as a role model and inspire the next generation of female athletes

✔ Coaching Gear & Equipment - All necessary supplies are provided

Requirements:

• Passion for mentoring and empowering young athletes
• Ability to commit to a 7-week season
• Complete a background check (required for all coaches)
• Willingness to learn and have fun!
