Recruiting Organization: Urban Servant Corps

USC is a one-year, full-time service program located in the heart of Denver, CO. Volunteers commit to living in intentional community, while serving at various local nonprofit organizations, accompanying some of Denver's most marginalized and vulnerable communities. USCers fill essential roles at nonprofit partner agencies that provide immediate and direct service to guests.

One of the available placement sites for the upcoming year of service is at Urban Peak Shelter or Urban Peak Outreach. Urban Peak seeks to ignite the potential in youth to exit homelessness and create self-determined, fulfilled lives.

Food, housing, health insurance, a modest monthly stipend and personal growth funds are offered. Additionally, USC offers $1,000.00 at the end of service and $2,000-$7,000.00 towards outstanding student loan debt.
