Recruiting Organization: Achieve Now

Would you be willing to give an hour each week to help a child improve their reading skills? Achieve Now, a Philadelphia-based literacy non-profit, is one of our partner organizations. They are recruiting volunteer coaches for their remote, one-to-one tutoring program that provides reading support for students in first and second grade.

Volunteer coaches work with the same student once a week, at the same day and time each week, until late May. Once paired with a student, you will guide them through scripted lessons calibrated to where the student is in their reading journey.

Each hour-long coaching session is supported by an Achieve Now literacy instructor. Achieve Now’s one-to-one model is 100% virtual, so you can provide a child with meaningful mentorship and impactful instruction from the comfort of your office or home!
