As the Publications Marketing Coordinator, you will oversee the marketing and distribution of Kaiyros Publications. Your role will be instrumental in growing our readership, identifying target audiences, and ensuring our work is widely accessible across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with data analysts, social media teams, and other stakeholders to enhance visibility and engagement.

The ideal contributor is passionate about mental health awareness, and determined to challenge the social status quo through powerful storytelling, creative expression, and living a heart-centric life. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about SEO, relevant marketing strategies, cross promotion and sponsorships, and effectively growing readership and engagement for the publication.

About Kaiyros Publications

Kaiyros Publications is a startup nonprofit dedicated to exploring and promoting thought-provoking, heart-centered publications that engage with culture, society, and philosophy to redefine the mental health discourse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to market and expand the audience for Kaiyros Publications.
  • Identify and engage relevant organizations, communities, and social media channels to promote publications.
  • Work with the data analyst to track audience trends and refine marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Manage the distribution of publications on auxiliary platforms such as Substack and Medium.
  • Attend relevant meetings to stay aligned with the organization’s mission and publication goals.
  • Provide creative input and ideas for expanding the publication’s reach and influence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Passion for publishing, media, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and audience engagement.
  • Ability to analyze data trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Experience with major social media publication platforms and content distribution tools (Substack, Medium, etc.) a huge plus.
  • Willingness to grow with a startup nonprofit
