Role Description:

As a Volunteer Marketing Manager (Creative), you will be an integral part of our marketing team, spearheading innovative strategies to increase brand visibility, engage our target audience, and amplify our impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity, leadership skills, and marketing expertise while contributing to a cause that truly empowers young girls.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with our team to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our organizational goals.
• Brainstorm and propose creative marketing ideas to drive engagement, expand our reach, and attract new members to our community.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, emerging platforms, and opportunities for growth.

Branding and Visual Identity: Develop and maintain EmpowHERto's visual identity, ensuring consistent branding across all marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms.

Design eye-catching graphics, visuals, and marketing collateral that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our mission.

Content Creation and Management: Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with writers, designers, and volunteers to curate and produce high-quality content that tells the empowering stories of women within our community.

Develop and maintain an organized content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of relevant and timely content.

Social Media and Online Presence: Manage EmpowHERto's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring analytics.

Implement effective social media strategies to increase followers, drive engagement, and promote Empowherto's programs and events.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize our online presence.

Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create captivating campaigns that promote our initiatives, events, and opportunities.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a focus on creative and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt messaging for various platforms and audiences.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing analytics.
• A passion for women's empowerment and a deep understanding of the issues affecting women globally.
• Self-motivated, creative thinker, and ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• Availability to dedicate approximately 10 hours per week to EmpowHERto's marketing initiatives.
