The Role:

Join our People team as a HR Generalist and help shape the future of our organization. With your extensive experience, you will lead the daily People operations, streamline onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinate contribution reviews and implement best practices to ensure a productive and supportive work environment. Your role will be crucial in recruiting top talent and fostering a culture that aligns with our values and mission. By promoting our agile ways of working, you will contribute to building an efficient remote working environment.

What Will You Do?

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
  • Support the full recruitment life cycle, from job postings to interviewing and hiring.
  • Implement and manage our contribution reviews system.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive remote workplace culture.
  • Manage accuracy of the HRIS, up-to-date team members’ records and documentation.
  • Develop, communicate and implement, and update our standard operating procedures.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • In depth understanding of HR and People operations best practices, labor laws, and regulations. 3+ years experience.
  • Proficiency with related tools like HRIS & PM software, MSFT Office Suite and Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Organizational skills - the ability to prioritize and manage time and multiple tasks independently.
  • Attentive communication - the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
