Recruiting Organization: Triumph Foundation - Los Angeles
Triumph Foundation's 12th Annual Wheelchair Sports Festival is on April 26 & 27, 2025 in Santa Clarita. Triumph hosts this FREE all-inclusive event to introduce adaptive sports to people that are newly injured, veterans, children, and others living with disabilities.
Activities include wheelchair basketball, rugby, hockey, tennis, pickleball, racquetball, baseball, WCMX, art, and more!
Volunteers will help with a variety of tasks such as registering participants and their families, managing use of equipment, keeping the activity moving and participants engaged, as well as supporting the set up and tear down of the activities. This fun and rewarding opportunity is for everyone! Training will be provided.

Saturday, April 26th // 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Volunteer Shift Range: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Sunday, April 27th // 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Volunteer Shift Range: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, extra support needed until 7:00 PM)

Participation in at least one (1) online volunteer committee meeting and an additional specialty meeting that will provide more insight and training/preparation for the specific roles our volunteers sign up for is REQUIRED. The dates are:

General Volunteer Meeting - Date TBD via Zoom
Activity Planning Meeting - Dates will be announced in early April and these will be activity focused meetings that are dependent upon your volunteer assignment via Zoom.
