Leading up to the event, volunteers may assist with outreach, organizing donated materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all resources are prepared for attendees. On the day of the event, volunteers will help with registration and check-in, guiding families to breakout sessions, managing resource tables, assisting vendors, setting up and breaking down the event space, and providing general support to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their efforts will help create a welcoming and impactful experience for families, ensuring they receive the tools and knowledge they need to thrive. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to engage with the community, support meaningful initiatives, and be part of a mission dedicated to uplifting families and creating lasting legacies.
