Recruiting Organization: The Hope Center at Seneca Creek Community Church

Thank you for you interest in volunteering with the Choice Pantry! We're excited to have you support by supporting in various roles including:

• Administrative Support
• Pantry Assistant
• Appointment setter
• Client check-in and check-out

For some roles, especially those involving client communication, Spanish-speaking volunteers are greatly appreciated.

Description of Roles:

• Pantry Assistant-Hand out food items to our guest
• Check-in Support- Use our software system to check in clients, collect their information, and schedule their next appointment.
• Appointment Setter: Call clients back, answer incoming calls, and set up appointments. This role requires bilingual English and Spanish Skills.
• Check-out Support: Weigh food items and update our system with the information.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty and closed-toe shoes.

Training:

A requirement for our volunteers to complete the onboarding orientation before starting.
