Recruiting Organization: Albany County Historical Assocation

Help us share the rich and diverse history of Albany County at the Ten Broeck Mansion! Train to deliver tours at the Mansion between May and October with other opportunities for delivering tours during special events like Holiday House in December and Path Through History in October. Complete training in advance and additional on-site training. Requires ability to climb stairs in historic building.

Museum Education Assistants volunteer at Ten Broeck Mansion during our regular tour season from May through October. In 2024, our tour season will be from April 24 through October 18, and Visitor Services Assistant shifts are available on the following days:

Thursdays: 9:30 am - 2:15 pm

Fridays 9:30 am - 2:15 pm

Saturdays 12:30 pm - 4:15 pm

Sundays 12:30 pm - 4:15 pm (June - August ONLY)

There are additional opportunities for giving tours during Path Through History day in October and during our annual Holiday House in December.
