A Free Bird is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization based in New York City. Our organization provides children diagnosed with cancer the opportunity to explore their artistic passion. Artistic expression has been proven to play an instrumental role in the healing process. We support children affected by cancer in their exploration of a range of self expression through art, music, acting, poetry, writing, singing and other creative mediums.

We are seeking a videographer to help our mission.

The ideal candidate must have an understanding of the following:

  • Operate video cameras, in the production of professional pre-recorded programming.
  • Designs, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions.
  • Computer edits video segments on a variety of tape and digital formats.
  • Maintains equipment inventory and field and studio production schedules.
  • Demonstrate different photography techniques
  • Can add the work into your portfolio
  • You must have your own equipment

Time commitment is 6-10pm in New York on April 26, 2024.
