Are you a Salesforce expert looking to make a meaningful impact? Maya’s Hope, a nonprofit dedicated to helping children in need, is seeking a patient, kind, and skilled volunteer to help us set up our CRM in Salesforce or Bloomerang.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with our team to assess CRM needs and recommend the best setup.
• Configure and customize Salesforce (or Bloomerang) to streamline donor management and reporting.
• Train team members on effective CRM use.
• Provide guidance and best practices for ongoing CRM maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proficient in Salesforce (experience with Bloomerang is a plus!).
• Patience and Kindness: A key requirement--we need someone who understands that learning curves exist and is willing to guide our team through them.
• Passion: A desire to help nonprofits maximize their impact through better technology.

Time Commitment:

Flexible--We estimate this project will take about 10-15 hours total, spread over a few weeks, depending on your availability.
