Key Responsibilities

· Support the development and execution of volunteer recruitment strategies.

· Identify and recruit volunteers for various lines of service and departments.

· Collaborate with the Volunteer Management team to assess regional recruitment needs.

· Engage in proactive outreach efforts to attract new volunteers for general and specialized roles.

· Encourage existing volunteers to explore leadership and expanded service opportunities.

· Research and coordinate outreach events, career fairs, and community engagement opportunities.

· Organize and lead recruitment events in targeted communities, including open-call interest meetings.

· Promote volunteer opportunities through community partnerships and events.

· Communicate with prospective volunteers via email, answering inquiries and providing guidance on available opportunities.
