Mission
The goal of the steering committee is to identify the priority support at-risk communities, foster personal growth, and promote non-violence through providing victim, case management, youth, and community services and issues of our Chicago residents through a collaborative and systematic data collection and analysis process.
Volunteers
The role of the Steering Committee is to serve as a representative for our
community and work with Chicago Cultural Performing Arts & Media Alliance staff to guide
and oversee the community. We know that no single entity or agency can make a community
safe, so we are delighted to work with you towards a shared goal of assessing and improving
Community for Chicago’s. We ask that you commit to participating in all monthly in-person or Zoom meetings as determined by the Steering Committee and planned around schedules.

The goal of The Chicago Cultural Media Performing Arts Alliance is to bring together area artists, musicians, arts organizations, businesses, government, and arts lovers to foster better communication and cooperation in support of the arts. It is our belief that a strong arts community is key to improved quality of life and vibrant economic development.
Description
The Chicago Cultural Media Performing Arts Alliance’s mission is to advocate for and support the Arts and Creative Industries in Chicago, IL-arts and creative individuals, organizations and businesses-to ensure that the greater Chicago region remains a great place to create, live, work, learn, play and visit.
The Chicago Cultural Media Performing Arts Alliance will become a premier leader, persuading community leaders and stakeholders of the importance of the arts and creative industries and helping the sector connect with business, education, tourism, philanthropy, government and other sectors.
