VITAS provides training on how to educate on end-of-life topics. The volunteer provides the talent, compassion and time. Assignments are made according to the volunteer’s time and location.

Description
Volunteers are the heart of VITAS Healthcare(r), providing friendly, non-medical support to hospice patients and their family or offering support services in the office. We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to volunteer for our patients in their homes or in nursing facilities in your community throughout Washington DC
