  • San Diego Start, Breast Stops, The Party, & the Finish The San Diego start and finish need a lot of volunteers. There is a lot of action going on at this location.
    • Start for the San Diego ride gets going early at 6 AM. Four routes are available for the riders with the last group leaving around 8:30 AM
    • The Finish for both San Diego and Orange County riders is in the same location
    • Changing area is available for all riders to get out of their cycling clothes and into street clothes for The Last Mile Party.
    • Bikes for the OC riders are put onto trucks to be sent back to Irvine.
    • A bike valet area is available for the riders to safely store their bikes while at the party.
    • There are two Breast Stops in San Diego for Carlsbad and the Elfin Forest.

Mission Statement

The mission of Breast Cancer Angels is to provide financial and emotional assistance for women and their families as they are going through breast cancer treatment. (We have also assisted men.) We assist in Orange County, Long Beach/South Bay, and San Diego. We also do one-time emergency assistance in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles.

Description

Breast Cancer Angels provides immediate and temporary assistance with:

  • Everyday immediate needs including housing assistance, transportation, food, utility payments and more during breast cancer treatment
  • Our Social worker will assist you with locating other resources and provide you with compassionate and emotional support.
  • While going through breast cancer we are able to provide you with Legal advice for family law.
