We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. This includes scheduling weekly posts, creating relevant content for our audience, monitoring comments and messages to provide a timely reply and expanding our reach to help fundraise and increase donations. This position will most likely need less than 5 hours per week.

Protecting Paws for Life is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, operating in the State of Florida, dedicated to supporting domestic violence shelters in becoming or maintaining fear free pet-friendly environments. Our mission is to ensure that families in crisis can stay together with their pets; preventing pets from being left behind and facing potential abuse, neglect, or even death, as well as avoiding being turned over to an already overpopulated and overburdened animal shelter system.
Description
Our organization provides domestic animal-related support and services to domestic violence shelters at low/no cost thus freeing up their resources to support their residents and increase their capacity for more pets. We provide staff training on intake, cleaning & animal care, resident training on trauma-informed behaviors, monthly donation deliveries of pet supplies, kennel design and other related animal care services.
