Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, on-brand content (posts, graphics, videos) for our social media platforms that highlights our programs, success stories, and upcoming events.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and facilitating discussions around our cause.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to boost donor engagement and volunteer recruitment.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance and audience insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Collaborative Storytelling: Work closely with our marketing and program teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful storytelling.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, design, and communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.
  • Passion for our mission of providing safe housing and support for vulnerable communities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, volunteer-driven environment.
