Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize & Inspire: Develop and execute a creative donor engagement plan using data-driven insights to attract and retain passionate supporters.
• Cultivate Relationships: Build strong, personalized relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners through targeted communication and engaging events.
• Donor Stewardship: Lead our donor recognition programs, ensuring every contribution is celebrated and valued.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our leadership and volunteer teams to align fundraising initiatives with our mission and program goals.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor donor trends and engagement metrics to continually refine our approach and maximize impact.
• Volunteer Mentorship: Guide and mentor other volunteers involved in donor outreach, fostering a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Qualifications:

• A deep passion for our cause-providing safe housing and transforming lives.
• Experience in donor relations, fundraising, or nonprofit development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
