Responsibilities- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives.
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and materials using instructional design principles.
- Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to create interactive and visually appealing content.
- Conduct needs analysis to assess learner requirements and propose suitable learning solutions.
- Evaluate and improve existing e-learning content based on feedback and assessment results.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to scope.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design and development of e-learning content.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Proficiency with learning management software such as Canvas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
