About OLD FRIENDS SENIOR DOG SANCTUARY

Location:

765 NONAVILLE RD, MOUNT JULIET, TN 37122, US

Mission Statement

To provide senior dogs with a loving home, nutritious food, high-quality veterinary care, compassion, and comfort for the remainder of their lives. We focus not on the quantity of time they have left but on the quality of life we can provide them during that time. To expand our Forever Foster Home network, allowing us to place more senior dogs in loving homes where they can live out their lives with care and companionship. To educate others on the joys and challenges of caring for aging dogs. To work alongside other rescue organizations to promote the adoption of senior dogs.

Description

Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary is a non-profit organization dedicated to giving senior dogs the second chance they deserve. Starting out of our founders' home, we have grown tremendously over the past 10 years, placing over 1,000 dogs into loving Forever Foster Homes. Today, we care for approximately 120 senior dogs on-site and support over 400 in Forever Foster Homes, where they can live out their golden years with comfort and love. As part of our commitment to their well-being, we cover all medical expenses, including routine, specialty, emergency care, and prescription medications. Our goal is to continue growing so that even more senior dogs can find the safety, care, and companionship they deserve.
