Join Cotranspose AMKE in Northern Evros, Greece, and be part of a unique cultural exchange! We transform inactive spaces into vibrant hubs for co-creation, and volunteers play a vital role in our Spring Residency and Festival (April 15-17, 2025).

As a volunteer, you'll support the residency through daily tasks, festival preparation, and event execution. During the festival, you can contribute to various roles, including space preparation, exhibition setup, information desk, awareness team, social media documentation, and more.

We're looking for open, flexible, and proactive individuals who are enthusiastic about community engagement, artistic collaboration, and contributing to a welcoming and inclusive environment. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic, DIY setting, work alongside international artists and the local community, and experience Greek culture and hospitality.

Cotranspose AMKE is a creative organization based in Northern Evros, Greece, an area significantly affected by depopulation and inaccessibility. Recognizing the potential of spaces for exchange and belonging, we transform inactive or inaccessible spaces into vibrant hubs for co-creation. We actively engage international and local communities through cultural, educational, and social programs, including residencies, workshops, and community-led projects. These initiatives foster sustainable exchange and collaboration between artists and the local community, empowering ownership and driving positive change from within. Cotranspose values lived experiences, individuality, and community; we invite you to be part of our ecosystem of care and exchange.
