I am Mr. Robert Magesa the Chief Executive Officer for Mizizi ya Mafanikio Organization. The NGO was registered with number 01NGO/R/5103 and it operates in Tanzania Mainland. The organization have offices in Arusha City, Tanzania. Currently the Organization is implementing the Youth Sills Development Program that aims to empower girls and boys aging from 13-23 years for them to acquire employment based skills to enable them to be self-reliant. We now reached 56 youth all are from the poorest families, and we have assisted those girls to go back to school by paying their school fees. Among the 36 youth, 18 are girls whom as per their family records, their parents can’t afford to provide food and bus fare for them, therefore the organization have secured accommodation for them by renting a hostel. The organization also supports the young boys of similar age group, but for boys and some girls, their arrangement is different as they live with their parents or guardians and they used to come to college and go back to their homes after school sessions.The organization operate a nursery school but this nursery is at the infant stage as it has started very recently. I am writing this information to request the possibility of collaborating with your organization so that you can help us to share this opportunity to the visitors who visits your organization but again those visitors might like to volunteer with us. These volunteers can help us to strengthen our Organization’s human resource capacities as we are still growing and we have inadequate human resources in various departments and sections within our organization. The volunteer would assist us to deliver knowledge in different learnings spectrum including Entrepreneurships, Accounting, Business Planning, Marketing, Fundraising, Proposals Development, Life Skills and Capacity Building, English Skills, Computer Skills, Photo Content Writing, Social Media Management, Marketing and Product Branding. The volunteers will be requested to deliver some of these skills at our Training Centre located here in Arusha City.
