The Director of Donor Engagement plays a vital role in fostering and cultivating meaningful relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and their service providers to support the mission of Guardian’s Embrace. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage donors, ensuring they feel valued and informed about the impact of their contributions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and their service providers.
  • Developing personalized communication strategies to engage donors and inspire continued support.
  • Organizing exclusive donor events and appreciation initiatives to recognize and celebrate contributions.
  • Collaborating with the fundraising team to create compelling campaigns and materials targeted at high-net-worth donors.
  • Managing donor data, tracking giving patterns, and identifying new opportunities for engagement.
  • Ensuring donors are regularly updated on the impact of their gifts through reports, stories, and ministry updates.
