Position OverviewAs PHC’s sole fundraising lead, you will develop and execute strategies to secure funding through individual donations, corporate sponsorships, and grants. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our nonprofit’s sustainability by establishing donor relationships, writing grants, and crafting compelling fundraising campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for healthcare education, nonprofit development, and storytelling, whether you're an experienced fundraiser looking to give back or an emerging professional eager to grow your skills.
Key Responsibilities- Fundraising Strategy: Design and implement a fundraising plan, focusing on individual donors, corporate sponsorships, and grants.

Passion for our mission - You care about expanding healthcare education and professional opportunities.
Strong communication & storytelling skills - You know how to engage donors through compelling narratives.
Relationship-building ability - You’re comfortable reaching out to potential donors and corporate sponsors.
Self-starter mindset - Since you’ll be building our fundraising efforts from scratch, we need someone proactive.
Some knowledge of fundraising & grant writing (preferred but not required).
Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required).
Make a real impact - Your work will directly contribute to empowering future healthcare professionals.
Fully remote & flexible - Work from anywhere, on your schedule.
Opportunity for leadership - As PHC grows, you’ll have the chance to shape and lead our fundraising strategy.
If you're excited about this opportunity and want to help build something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you!
