Podcast Producer - The Bells I Hear

The Bells I Hear is a podcast featuring insightful conversations with influential voices across various perspective in the filed of homelessness. Through engaging discussions, we explore ideas, experiences, and perspectives that inspire and inform, creating thought-provoking content for a wide audience about the challenges of students experiencing homelessness.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Podcast Producer to lead guest booking, marketing, and audience growth. The ideal candidate is skilled at securing high-profile guests, developing promotional strategies, and expanding the podcast's reach. You’ll play a key role in shaping the show’s impact by curating compelling conversations and ensuring each episode reaches the right audience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Booking & Talent Management

• Identify, reach out to, and secure notable guests from diverse fields of homelessness
• Build and maintain relationships with public figures, industry leaders, and cultural influencers.
• Coordinate scheduling and prepare guests for interviews.
• Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all participants.

Marketing & Promotion

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to grow the audience.
• Work with PR teams to generate media buzz and increase visibility.
• Oversee social media and digital promotion in collaboration with content teams.
• Identify partnership opportunities to expand reach through cross-promotion.

Brand & Audience Growth

• Cultivate relationships with sponsors and potential collaborators.
• Analyze audience engagement to refine growth strategies.
• Position Invincible Threads as a go-to platform for impactful conversations.
