Sign up to volunteer solo or bring a group! Our festival takes place in many locations over 11 days each April.
Volunteers get cool festival perks such as:
- All-access pass - good for entry at most festival events
- T-shirt
- Snack and non-alcoholic beverage during your shift
Shift times can vary, but are approx 4hrs each. We have many dates and times over our 12 day festival and our users can select their own through our site when the schedule is released.

Mission Statement
The Capital City Film Festival (CCFF) celebrates artists from around the world by curating outstanding multimedia experiences for the community. The annual festival showcases an eclectic mix of independent films, live music, interactive media, and more in Michigan’s capital city.
Description
Founded in 2011, CCFF receives over 500 independent submissions from dozens of countries. Over 50 events happen during the 11 day festival that includes independent films like documentaries, shorts and features as well as live music events, workshops, panels and more.
