Are you a certified Reiki practitioner looking for a way to use your skills for good? St. David’s Hospice & Family Care is seeking volunteers to provide gentle energy healing to hospice patients in the Austin area.
How Reiki Helps Hospice Patients:
- Reduces pain and discomfort
- Promotes relaxation and inner peace
- Supports emotional and spiritual well-being
- Helps ease anxiety and stress
Your Role as a Volunteer:
- Offer calming, hands-on or hands-off Reiki sessions
- Help patients find balance and tranquility
- Provide a compassionate presence
We ask volunteers to commit 1-2 hours per week, with shifts assigned based on patient preference. Just one hour of your time can make a lasting impact on the life of a hospice patient. Become part of St. David’s Hospice & Family Care and help bring comfort, peace, and healing to those in need.
