We are excited to bring back the Beyond a Dream Youth Conference in July 2025, at the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus . The conference will bring together nearly 125 youth from the Greater Baltimore and surrounding areas for an immersive, engaging, and empowering experience.
Our goal is to equip them with the tools and knowledge they need to navigate their journey towards becoming Future Ready, tailored to their individual aspirations and ambitions and achieve post-high school success. In order to make the conference possible, we need the support of individuals like you to support planning and day of operations. Volunteer roles include registration assistants, workshop monitors, and greeters.Please use this form to indicate your willingness to volunteer.

Description
Founded in 2014, The Be. Org (Be.) is a 501(c)3 youth empowerment organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of students in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. We provide innovative out of school time and enrichment programming for youth of all ages. At Be., we invest in our students by providing them with the tools to become self-empowered, emotionally intelligent, and college/career ready. Our curriculum and programming combine social emotional learning, STEM enrichment, and leadership development to engage students who need additional support academically and socially, with a strong focus on transferable skills needed for lifelong success.
