olunteer Position: Materials Assistant

Organization: The Be. Org
Location: 145 W. Ostend Street, Baltimore, MD (The Be. Org Headquarters)
Availability: Thursdays, between 10 AM - 3 PM (once a week)

Position Overview:
The Be. Org is seeking a dedicated Materials Assistant to support our programs by preparing materials for events and school-based initiatives. This volunteer role is essential in ensuring that our students and educators have the necessary resources for engaging and impactful experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package materials for educational events and school programs
• Organize and inventory supplies to ensure efficiency
• Assist with light lifting and sorting of materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Comfortable with light physical tasks (lifting up to 15 lbs.)
• Passionate about supporting youth education and community programs

Time Commitment:

• Once a week on Thursdays
• Flexible timing between 10 AM - 3 PM (choose hours that work for you!)
