ServiceSource is asking for your help! CARE Mobile, our mobile program that works with older adults and adults with disabilities, is seeking passionate and enthusiastic volunteers to help facilitate virtual tech support sessions for adults living in a community setting. This role requires your help in answering technology-related questions from the participants; solving software and hardware malfunctions; resolving issues regarding online profiles and accounts; and optimizing tehcnological experience for scam prevention. Basic technological literacy required.
This role will be performed online, via Microsoft Teams. For the month of March, we have five sessions remaining that still need help - 3/18, 3/19, 3/21, 3/24, and 3/28. Volunteers can choose to volunteer at any one of these sessions.
Unfortunately, we are currently only able to accept volunteers based in the United States.

- This is a Done in a Day opportunity and there is no prior training or ongoing commitment needed.
