Womenful Voice is seeking a passionate and dedicated Volunteer Engagement Officer to enhance our community outreach and support our mission of empowering women. This role is vital in fostering a strong volunteer network and ensuring our volunteers are motivated, trained, and engaged in meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and onboard volunteers to effectively support organizational goals.
- Develop and implement volunteer engagement strategies and retention programs.
- Coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments, ensuring that all roles are filled.
- Foster a positive volunteer experience through regular communication and feedback.
- Organize volunteer appreciation events and recognition programs.
- Monitor and evaluate volunteer performance and program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for volunteer involvement in various initiatives.
