Hello to all interested volunteers!
Come and help us with landscaping at one of our confidential shelters in Orange County on Earth Day of Service on, Tuesday, April 22nd. The volunteer time would be 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
We need volunteers to help with:
-pulling weeds
-trimming trees and bushes
-picking fruit off of the trees
-gathering dead leaves and disposing
We are asking volunteers to bring gardening gloves and any gardening tools they may have as the shelter is limited in tools.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please complete the volunteer application here .. CONFIDENTIAL shelter address will be disclosed after we receive a volunteer application. Those who do not complete a volunteer application cannot volunteer on the day of service.
If you have any questions, please email volunteers@wiseplace.org and we will do our best to assist you!
I look forward to welcoming new volunteers to the team!
