The American Red Cross's biggest disaster response each year is individual home fires. One thing that reduces lost of life and property when a home fire starts is having working smoke alarms. Please join us, local fire departments, community members and Red Cross volunteers to help the community in and near Clearfield, Utah on March 29th!

This is a 4-hour event, starting at 9am and ending at 1pm. All training and supplies will be provided on the day of, as well as breakfast and lunch for all volunteers! This is a great group project for friends, family, community, school and church groups! If you or your group is interested please reach out to

Julie Schwartz at julie.schwartz@redcross.org to get a special sign up link and for more details.

There is also an opportunity to help out on two different days before the event. These days are Wednesday, March 12th , 5:30-7:30 and Sat. March 15th, 10am-12pm. These smaller opportunities are good for students!
